Swing Set, a production company whose clientele ranges from Maserati to Post Malone, established their new headquarters in Long Beach and sought custom furniture that reflected both their workflow and identity. We partnered with RDC to deliver five specialized mixing desks and a custom reception piece. The desks were engineered to seamlessly house extensive audio and editing equipment, built from multi-ply tops with rounded ergonomic edges, rolled steel side panels, and storage units influenced by vintage amplifier designs. The reception desk continued this language with a dramatic steel front that arcs like a breaking wave. Given their creative background, Swing Set played an active role throughout the process, helping fine-tune functionality and ensuring each piece fit organically within the final environment.
